Kommunalkredit Austria AG in Vienna is seeking a motivated Student (m/f/d) to strengthen its KYC team in the Mid Office. The role supports onboarding, data checks, and regulatory documentation while collaborating with Front Office, Risk, and Compliance.

The position targets students enrolled in Finance, Business, Law, or Economics with strong German and English skills, and offers a part-time schedule with a monthly gross salary of €551.10 for 8.5 hours weekly.

Qualifikationen

• EU citizenship or unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market and minimum age of 18.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Law, Economics, or related field.
• Strong interest in banking, regulatory topics, and KYC processes.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the KYC team in the Mid Office during the client onboarding and review processes.
• Assist with collection, analysis, and validation of customer and counterparty information.
• Prepare and maintain KYC documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support senior team members with research, data checks, and case preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the KYC team in the Mid Office during theclient onboarding and review processes
• Assist with the collection, analysis, and validation of customer and counterparty information

Requirements

• EU citizenship or free access to the Austrian labor market and a minimum age of 18 years at the start of employment are mandatory
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in banking, regulatory topics, and KYC processes

The monthly salary is EUR 551,10 for a marginal employment of 8.5 hours per week.
