Zusammenfassung

Kommunalkredit Austria AG in Vienna is seeking a motivated Student to join its Mid Office/KYC team. You will support onboarding and review processes, help collect and validate customer information, and prepare KYC documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Risk, and Compliance to ensure smooth KYC operations. Eligible candidates are currently enrolled or recently graduated in Finance, Law, or related fields, with strong German and English skills.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in banking, regulatory topics, and KYC processes.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the KYC team in the Mid Office during the client onboarding and review processes.
• Assist with the collection, analysis, and validation of customer and counterparty information.
• Prepare and maintain KYC documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support senior team members with research, data checks, and case preparation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Front Office, Risk, Compliance) to ensure smooth KYC processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

EU citizenship or free access to the Austrian labor market and a minimum age of 18 years at the start of employment are mandatory

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed aBachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest inbanking, regulatory topics, and KYC processes
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good German and English language skills

The monthly salary is EUR 551,10 for a marginal employment of 8.5 hours per week.
