Bitpanda is seeking a high-impact, hands-on contributor in the CEO Office. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will drive cross-group, cross-functional strategic initiatives with autonomy and senior exposure.

You will develop plans, perform problem-framing, and present clear recommendations, enabling informed decisions across the organization. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with execution at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
• First experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development / M&A, or a comparable role within a high-growth fintech or technology company.
• Highly adaptable problem-solver who can juggle multiple high-priority workstreams and create structure from a blank page.
• A builder’s mindset, comfortable creating structure and standing up new workstreams from nothing.
• High discretion and strong interpersonal skills handling sensitive topics with sound judgment and empathy across the organization.

Aufgaben

• Support the CEO’s and Chief of Staff’s priorities, turning them into clear plans and outcomes.
• Participate in high-impact strategic projects end-to-end across the Group.
• Bring structured analysis, scenario modelling, and sharp recommendations to the Group’s strategic initiatives.
• Be the go-to person for ambiguous problems, structure them, own them, and return with a clear recommendation.
• Create presentations, reports, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.
