Bitpanda is seeking a hands-on strategy professional in the CEO Office. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you operate at group level, driving cross-cutting projects rather than a single function, doing the thinking and building with autonomy and senior exposure.

You will frame problems, run structured analyses, model scenarios, and deliver clear recommendations. Your work will translate priorities into plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes across Bitpanda's fast-growing fintech

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
• First experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development / M&A, or a comparable role in a high-growth fintech or technology company.
• Highly adaptable problem-solver, able to juggle multiple high-priority workstreams and deliver outcomes.
• Builder's mindset, capable of creating structure where none exists and launching new workstreams.
• High discretion and strong interpersonal skills, handling sensitive topics with sound judgement.

Aufgaben

• Support the CEO's and Chief of Staff's priorities by turning them into clear plans, decisions, and outcomes.
• Participate in high-impact strategic projects end-to-end across the Group, from problem framing to delivered results.
• Bring structured analysis, scenario modelling, and sharp recommendations to the Group's strategic initiatives.
• Own ambiguous problems, structure them, and return with a clear recommendation.
• Create presentations, reports, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
