Zusammenfassung

Bitpanda is seeking a Treasury Manager in Vienna to run a multi-entity treasury function across fiat and digital assets. You will lead liquidity management, balance sheet operations, and regulatory reporting under MiCAR and MiFID II with a focus on risk controls and strategic ALM decision making.

You will manage a small treasury team, collaborate with partners across finance, compliance, and IT, and contribute to a pay-for-impact culture with flexible hybrid work and competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of core treasury experience in corporate treasury or financial institutions.
• Experience managing ALM structures across fiat and digital assets.
• Strong knowledge of MiCAR, EMI and MiFID II regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in treasury systems, banking APIs and blockchain analytics.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead ALM & liquidity management across multiple entities and currencies.
• Monitor crypto risk incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Deliver regulatory reporting and strategic proposals to risk forums.
• Direct and develop a treasury team of four professionals.
