Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience at a leading strategy or management consultancy (Tier 1 or 2).
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with business cases, quantitative analyses, and executive-level presentations.
• Fluent in English; German is considered a plus.
• EU citizenship and valid work authorization for the country of position.

Responsibilities

• Act as sparring partner to the Executive Management Team.
• Lead strategic and cross-functional projects.
• Develop business cases, market analyses, scenarios, and management presentations.
• Support growth initiatives, market expansion, and key account development.
• Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for complex technical products.
• Track implementation, priorities, risks, and results.
