Job summary

Eisberg SA, part of the Bell Food Group, is seeking a reliable procurement professional for its Essert site in Switzerland. You will manage orders, monitor suppliers, coordinate deliveries and ensure optimal stock levels with a focus on collaboration across departments.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement/agri-food, a CFC in commercial studies or equivalent, and fluency in French, German and English. On-call one Saturday per month. 80–100%, day shift, start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in procurement or agri-food sectors.
• Fluent in French, German and English.
• Proficient with standard IT tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders in line with requirements and stock levels.
• Monitor suppliers and build relationships based on trust.
• Coordinate transport and deliveries and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Check and approve invoices and track administrative documents.
• Collaborate closely with other departments.
