Job summary

Ebner Group in Leonding, Austria, is seeking a Junior Strategic Development Analyst (w/m/d) to support strategic and technological development by analyzing markets, competitors and trends, and identifying opportunities for future products and business areas.

You will work closely with management on strategic decisions, prepare analyses, and contribute to the company's positioning. The role requires a technical or business degree, strong analytical skills, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Completed technical degree or business degree with strong technical knowledge.
Initial professional experience in a similar position.
Strong interest in technology, markets, competition, and strategic business development.
Excellent analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking.
Very good command of German and English.

Responsibilities

Market and Trend Analysis: Monitoring markets, megatrends, and technological developments, and identifying relevant future topics.
Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitors, products, technologies, and business models, and deriving opportunities and potential.
Product and Innovation Development: Developing ideas for future products, solutions, and business areas based on market and technology analyses.
Strategic Business Development: Supporting the technological and strategic positioning of the EBNER Group.
Collaboration with Management: Preparing analyses and strategic decision-making materials, as well as supporting selected strategic projects.
