Qualifikationen

Your new adventure

Passionate about identifying, assessing and managing various risks that our company might face, you will develop and implement strategies to mitigate or minimize these. Your work will make an important contribution to the stability and success of our purchasing activities.

  • Monitor and assess procurement-related risks (e.g.,supply disruption, geopolitical, financial, ESG) across global supplier networks
  • Develop and maintain risk registers and dashboards using digital tools
  • Collaborate with category managers and legal teams to define mitigation strategies and response plans
  • Support crisis response and business continuity activities in case of supply chain incidents or critical escalations
  • Establishment and further development of the risk management process
  • Development and implementation of mitigation measures
  • Regular derivation of lessons learned to increase the effectiveness of mitigation measures
  • Efficient monitoring and early detection of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Derivation of obligations from new legislation and transfer to organizational and process requirements
  • Promote risk awareness and capability-building across the procurement organization


Your experiences and skills

  • Degree (FH, university) in supply chain management, business, risk management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement risk, compliance, supply chain or audit
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management tools and methodologies
  • Experience with digital platforms like riskmethods, Dun & Bradstreet or Prewave
  • Good understanding of ESG and regulatory developments impacting procurement
  • Confident working with dashboards, databases and risk analytics
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
  • Solution-oriented, structured and able to handle sensitive topics confidentially
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German as a plus
  • Willingness to travel (supplier visits, trade fairs, congresses, ...)

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
