Overview

Totally Workwear is a market leader in the supply of workwear, PPE and corporate image wear nationally. We represent iconic brands such as King Gee, Hard Yakka, Steel Blue, Blundstone and FXD to name a few.

TwwGlobal is a highly successful family owned business that operates an expanding (currently eight) Totally Workwear store network across the south east metropolitan region together with a centralised warehousing and embroidery facility based in Welshpool.

About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join the TwwGlobal Group to lead and develop the team at our Midland store!

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-centric leader to showcase their leadership skills in this high performing store within the TwwGlobal Group.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • be passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes

Duties
  • Lead your team in driving incremental sales growth across both retail and trade account customers
  • Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
  • Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity
  • Maintain a safe working environment for your team and customers
  • Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
Skills + Experience
  • Previous management experience, preferably in big box / trade format stores
  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationships across both retail and trade account customers and identifying new opportunities
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, control stock and other KPI’s
  • Experience in developing and coaching a team
