The Role: Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you’ll take charge of the full store experience – from team leadership and sales performance to creating an unforgettable customer atmosphere. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll drive store results, build a vibrant team culture, and lead from the front with energy and purpose.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Leading recruitment and team development, including interviewing, onboarding, and nurturing top retail talent.

Coaching and inspiring your team through regular training, feedback, and development opportunities.

Delivering a best-in-class customer experience that brings our brand stories to life.

Owning the visual merchandising (VM) standards, ensuring the store always looks fresh and premium.

Driving store performance, setting and smashing sales targets and KPIs.

Working closely with your Area Manager to report on results and plan for continued growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

12+ months of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager (2IC) role

Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and achieve KPIs

Strong people leadership skills with a knack for motivating others

Commercial awareness – confident in making sound business decisions

A self-starter mindset – ambitious, accountable, and ready to grow
