A leading mobility equipment provider is seeking a Store Manager for their new Klemzig location. You'll lead a team to assist customers with mobility solutions, while also being responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining store presentation. Experience in disability services or retail sales is essential. This full-time position offers a strong base salary, opportunities for advancement, and a positive work environment.
Regular working hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
Lead the brand new Store & Team to help people "Move with Confidence, Live with Freedom" plus be located at our largest Store & Corporate Head Office.
Summary: Lead your Team to stand out in our industry, assisting customers with the selection of mobility scooters, lift chairs, beds & other assistive living products in a highly rewarding industry.
Join our team as Store Manager at our Thrive Mobility, Klemzig store. This is a BRAND NEW purpose built store & Head Office as part of our growth & expansion. Reporting directly to the Owner & working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our stores & expansion. This also creates the perfect opportunity to continue to progress through leadership roles as we expand further.
Duties can include, but are not limited to:
Knowing you are selling products that have a positive influence on peoples lives
Experience in disability &/or aged care industries
Awareness of NDIS, Aged Care & other funding programs
Proven experience in retail sales& team leadership
Strong customer experience focus with great communication skills
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting & exceeding revenue targets & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Able to build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders
Shown ability to work autonomously
With over 27 years with our store at Norwood, we opened our new store at Murray Bridge in April to fast track our growth & expansion. We are now opening our third store, a brand new, purpose built store at Klemzig. We provide mobility equipment & assistive living technology to our clients through private purchase & funding such as NDIS, Aged Care, DVA & other programs. Through witnessing how mobility equipment has enhanced the lifestyle of our own family members, we are passionate about helping our clients to “Move with Confidence, Live with Freedom” to Thrive.
