Roger Dubuis, a Richemont brand, seeks a Store Design & Visual Merchandising leader in Austria to define planning for renovations and special projects, coordinating actions between markets, internal architects, external agencies, and the creative director from concept to opening.

You will manage budgets, ensure design standards across boutiques, and develop global VM guidelines while training sales teams and monitoring campaign effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Store Design and/or Visual Merchandising at international level, luxury sector preferred.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Architecture background is a nice to have.

• Plan and define planning for various projects (renovations, special projects).
• Coordinate actions between markets, internal architects, external agencies, and creative director from concept to opening.
• Manage budgets and timelines for store design projects ensuring deadlines and costs are met.
• Ensure maintenance and updating of design standards and guidelines for all boutiques.
• Define and implement global visual merchandising strategy including window displays and in-store exhibitions.
• Create and distribute detailed visual merchandising guidelines for boutiques.
• Provide design implementation recommendations for fairs, events, and campaigns.
• Develop concepts for seasonal campaigns and new launches in collaboration with Marketing.
• Track shipments between suppliers, HQ and markets; train and support sales teams on guidelines.
• Monitor effectiveness of strategies and propose improvements.
• Lead and motivate both internal teams and external stakeholders; coordinate markets.
• Provide proper reporting and monitoring of annual budget.

* Store Design & Planning *

• Define the planning for the different projects (renovations, special projects)
• Coordinate accordingly the actions between markets, internal architects, external agencies and creative director for project execution, from conceptualization to opening
• Manage budgets and timelines for store design projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and costs
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of design standards and guidelines for all existing boutiques

* Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution *

• Define and implement Maison’s global visual merchandising strategy, including window displays, in-store exhibitions, product presentation, and special displays
• Create and distribute detailed visual merchandising guidelines for all boutiques, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution
• Provide design implementation recommendations to the markets for fairs, boutiques and events animations
• Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, new collection launches, and special events, in collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams
• Track and coordinate shipments between suppliers, HQ and markets (annual order)
• Train and support sales teams and retail managers in the application of visual merchandising guidelines
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, proposing improvements and adaptations

* Team & Stakeholder Management *

• Lead and motivate internal (commercial and marketing team, internal architects) and external key stakeholders (suppliers and agencies)
• Drive, coordinate and support the markets

* Budget *

• Providing the proper reporting and monitoring of the annual budget

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 7-10 years of progressive experience at international level in Store Design and/or Visual Merchandising roles, preferably within the luxury sector

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

• An architecture background is a nice to have

• A sense of aesthetic, with a deep understanding of luxury and design

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally for site visits and project supervision.
