About the Position

As State Manager QLD, you’ll lead our Queensland business and play a pivotal role in the national leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership & Growth – driving state-level strategy aligned with national objectives, delivering revenue, margin and market growth

Leading High-Performance Teams – inspiring and developing a skilled, engaged team across sales, yard operations, logistics, product management and customer service

Customer & Sales Leadership – building key customer relationships, growing major accounts, and driving new business development programs

This role offers scope to make a real impact – shaping our Queensland business, expanding our market presence, and contributing to national strategy.

About You

3+ years senior leadership experience in timber, building products, or wholesale/distribution.

A natural people leader, passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams & developing long-term career pathways.

Commercially astute, great with strategy, with a strong record of financial management and sales growth.

Customer driven with demonstrated success in sales growth and client relationship management.

Ambitious, energetic and hungry for more success.

Additional qualifications in business, finance, leadership or continuous improvement will be highly regarded.
