Overview

Our Company sells, cleans and maintains Automated Public Toilets. We are the sole distributor in SA.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the SA team which carries out services for the installation and the cleaning and maintenance of the units.
  • Coordinate installations by liaising with Melbourne and trades to deliver units to client sites; obtain quotes from trades, coordinate delivery and connection, and hand over to the client.
  • Integrate units into Cleaning and Maintenance Contracts and allocate required attendance as per contractual obligations.
  • Manage the SA maintenance and cleaning technicians to meet contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with Accounts and Sales teams in Melbourne; publish rosters and rounds while ensuring schedules are met; invoice raising; approval of leave, timesheets and overtime; client liaison; ordering parts and consumables; stocktakes; and running toolbox meetings.
  • A mechanically minded person and/or exposure to the building and construction industry will be highly regarded.
  • Full training provided. Immediate start preferred.
  • You have minimum 5 years experience in leading a team.
  • You are required to hold a Working with Children's check, Police check and a valid Australian drivers licence.
  • Company vehicle, phone and laptop provided.
  • You are empathetic, organised, driven and confident whilst working autonomously.
