Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience with +1 year in product development or R&D.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne) and test program development (C/C++, Python).
• Proficiency in data analysis/reporting tools (MATLAB) and in data visualization.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead comprehensive characterization sweeps: electrical, timing, temperature, voltage, stress conditions, and process corners.
• Develop and execute qualification plans for new products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs using C/C++, Python; architect scalable test strategies for flash memory products across NPI to production.
• Lead root-cause analysis for test escapes and drive test time reductions; implement data-driven test management and optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring; collaborate with Product, Design, Fab, Systems, and Supply Chain to ensure test readiness and on-time delivery.
