Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Lab Specialist to perform electrical measurements in the characterization lab and production line, set up equipment, and manage data and samples. You will support engineers in characterization setup and process route creation, ensuring accurate records and smooth sample logistics across laboratories and production areas.

Qualified candidates have a technical electronics education, some lab measurement experience, and skills in Python/Matlab; English fluency

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in Electronics or related field required.
• First working experience with laboratory measurement equipment preferred.
• Experience in Python/Matlab and basic PCB design is a plus.
• Understanding of characterization and testing methodologies.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and planning skills; effective cross-team communication.
• Fluent English and basic German proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Perform electrical measurements in characterization laboratory and in the line.
• Prepare, set up, and operate laboratory equipment and measurement tools.
• Collect, validate, and organize measurement data.
• Support technology development engineers in characterization setup development.
• Assist engineers in process route creation.
• Establish and manage process records, sample tracking, and experiment logistics.
• Coordinate sample movement between laboratories, production areas, and engineering teams.
