Job description:

• Data-based control and monitoring of the plasma etch process using machine or measurement data (SPC, FDC)
• Solving process or equipment problems in close cooperation with various departments or external suppliers
• Evaluating and implementing possible process simplifications/improvements to reduce manufacturing costs, increase process yield and improve product robustness by applying Six Sigma methodologies
• Transferring new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D and process integration
• Interface with other technical areas (e.g. maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers, etc.) and other relevant departments (e.g. quality)

Profile description:

• Successfully completed degree (Master) in engineering or natural sciences or equivalent industry experience
• Several years of professional experience in technical areas required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is highly desirable)
• Experience with process control methodologies and systems (SPC and FDC)
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and project-oriented working style
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
• Willingness to take on new tasks and solve them as part of a team or as cross-functional technical lead
• Well organized and able to work with diverse requirements
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
