ams OSRAM Group in Austria is seeking a Senior Process Engineer Plasma Etch (d/m/f) on a temporary basis until December 2027. You will drive data-based control and monitoring of plasma etch, solve process and equipment issues with multiple departments, and seek improvements to reduce costs, boost yield, and strengthen product robustness.

The role involves transferring new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D and process integration, interfacing with maintenance, quality, and line

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in technical areas.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and project-oriented working style.
• Advanced problem solving skills (8D, Six Sigma).
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working.
• Willingness to take on new tasks and solve them as part of a team or as cross-functional technical lead.
• Well organized and able to work with diverse requirements.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
