Job Description

• Develop AI Strategies: Create and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals and develop AI use cases that add value.
• AI Community & Training: Establish an AI-savvy community with business and IT personnel and create training programs to promote AI utilization.
• Project Management: Lead AI project teams and coordinate with other departments for successful deployment.
• Integration & Tooling: Ensure seamless integration of AI technologies with existing platforms by collaborating with corporate IT.
• Optimization: Monitor AI system performance and make adjustments for optimal functionality.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, IT, and software teams to transform machine learning models into production code.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for AI integrations, including technical reports and manuals.
• Compliance: Ensure AI operations adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification from HTL/FH/(Technical) University.
• Strong knowledge of AI technology stacks like Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficiency in machine learning, data structures, algorithms, and AI platforms.
• Ability to resolve AI application issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English.

Additional Information:

The minimum salary ranges from €3,729 to €4,270 gross per month (14 payments per year), based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). Depending on professional experience, overpayment is possible.
