Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting for HR, legal, and other applications
• Participate actively in projects related to the development and maintenance of IT business applications
• Manage the lifecycle of changes to assigned business applications
• Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities to ensure quality and functionality

Your Profile

• Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in Application Consulting (not mandatory)
• Matura or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective articulation
• Strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets with persistence
• Innovative thinker capable of developing new approaches to enhance efficiency
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill development
• Sound decision-making skills aligned with procedures and objectives
• High integrity, demonstrating ethical behavior and trustworthiness

Due to Austrian legal standards, the minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 48,233 (collective agreement for the chemical industry). Additional compensation based on your profile and experience, along with a performance bonus, is expected.
