Zusammenfassung

ENPULSION seeks a Customer Success Engineer to support customers across pre-sales, integration and on-orbit operations. You will be the technical partner ensuring smooth product performance and clear communication to achieve mission success in space.

Responsibilities include managing key customer programs, analyzing requirements, providing telemetry analysis with Python, and supporting AIT and ground equipment development. Travel to customer facilities may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional experience in aerospace or a related industry.
• Master's in Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related).
• Knowledge of Python programming language.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main point of contact for project- and program management of key customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop compliance matrices to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers during integration and testing.
• Support customers with integration and operation of ENPULSION products and ground equipment.
• Deliver on-orbit operations support and write clear technical documentation.
