Evatec AG is seeking a System Engineer Customer Solutions to commission systems worldwide, analyze issues, and translate customer needs into practical applications. You will collaborate across service, engineering, and product management to deliver robust solutions.

Responsibilities include supporting installation teams during handovers, diagnosing software and hardware problems at customer sites, and shaping system requirements for product management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor level degree in systems engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in vacuum technology, semiconductor equipment engineering.
• Fluent in German and English; willing to travel ~10% worldwide.
• Strong communication and collaboration across service, engineering and product management.

Aufgaben

• Bring systems to life by supporting installation teams and customers during commissioning and handovers.
• Analyze and resolve software and hardware issues at system level, at customer sites.
• Specify customer needs and system requirements and contribute them to product management.
• Define tests and qualify system software and new system components from an end-user perspective.
• Maintain technical system documentation and coordinate topics across service, engineering and product management.
