Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Independent management of the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Adherence to service, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Coordination and responsibility for the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Receiving and inspecting goods
  • Economic and efficient use of materials, goods, and equipment
  • Compliance with storage regulations (FIFO, etc.)
  • Training and mentoring of apprentices

For a full-time position including overtime, we offer a gross monthly salary of EUR 3,100, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications. Our guests also reward excellent performance with above-average tips.
