Fonio invites a content-focused Social Media Lead to join our fast-growing team in Vienna. You’ll translate our products into content people actually want to follow and help build a consumer-grade brand for a B2B company.

You’ll own the content calendar, collaborate daily with Content Creation, ghostwrite leadership profiles, and manage our online community. English writing is essential; German is a strong plus. We offer equity, meals at the Vienna office, and a vibrant startup culture.

Your Role

You own how fonio shows up online. You turn what we're building into content people actually want to follow - and make our brand impossible to ignore. The challenge: we're B2B, but we want to build like a consumer brand.

• Own community management

• 1+ years running social for a brand, startup, or as a creator
• A sharp instinct for what performs, especially on LinkedIn & Instagram
• You write the way people actually read - excellent written English, German a strong plus
• You're genuinely excited about AI and the whole space
• Active use of AI tools to produce faster and sharper
