Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Slovakian and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new vibrant culture.
• An interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a desirable bonus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and phone to our Slovakian-speaking clientele.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with professionalism.
• Guide customers through our platform, providing assistance and enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve service level agreements and maintain quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the support system to ensure consistent service.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services.
