DDIT OPS ITOT LM Site Robotics to lead the robotics transformation across the site, driving development, deployment, and lifecycle management of automation solutions in manufacturing, labs, warehousing and material handling. The role requires 10–15 years in robotics, 5+ years of hands-on deployment, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• 10–15 years total experience and 5+ years in robotics with hands-on deployments.
• Proven expertise in AMRs, AGVs, material handling robots and vision-guided systems.
• Experience leading robotics programs from concept to deployment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English and German.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the site robotics strategy and roadmap.
• Lead robotics programs end-to-end from assessment to value realization.
• Own lifecycle of robotics solutions including maintenance and upgrades.
• Evaluate and deploy robotics technologies such as AMRs/AGVs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, labs, warehousing, IT/OT.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure GMP, validation, cybersecurity compliance and inspection readiness.
• Build site robotics capabilities and partnerships.
