Altum Property Group is ISO Accredited across Safety, Environment and Quality and is based in Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

The Role

The Role: Altum Property Group is looking for a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager to assist in the delivery of its recently acquired sites in the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane areas. This role involves collaborating with the Project Manager in the production of Construction Management Plans and Programs for new and upcoming projects, maintaining ISO accreditation requirements related to OH&S, Environment and Quality systems and controls, and managing trade coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure program continuity and project success.

• Assist and collaborate with the Project Manager in the production of Construction Management Plans and Programs for new and upcoming projects.
• Maintain and manage ISO accreditation requirements with regard to OH&S, Environmental and Quality systems and controls.
• Manage all trade coordination, including chairing weekly trade coordination meetings and maintaining open communication with key trades to ensure continuity of program.
• Review and provide input to the project design, including at early design development stages, coordinating across disciplines and contractors.
• Manage the project's Short Term Program in coordination and collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Engage with and manage key project stakeholders constructively, whether authorities, consultants, neighbors or the like.
• Take pride in leading a team in the successful delivery of the project across key metrics and milestones.
• Be willing to mentor junior staff in key roles, assisting in creating a strong project and company culture and imparting your experience on the broader project team.

The Candidate

• Over 5 years experience in the same or similar role is preferred.
• Experience delivering residential and other projects valued between $25m to $50m.
• Experience using systems and platforms to assist in the delivery of a project (i.e. ISO Accredited systems, Procore Project Management Platform, etc).
• An ability to engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders in a way that guarantees a positive project outcome.
• An ability to communicate effectively with consultants, subcontractors and the project team to the benefit of the project's program and quality of the build.
• A motivated individual, driven to achieve key project milestones and metrics across program, quality and safety requirements.
• An individual who enjoys working as part of a project team and who will contribute to the project and business culture.
