Property / Facility Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property/Facilities Manager to join a Global Technology Company, overseeing the smooth operation and maintenance of their site in Graz, Austria.

This is initially a a 12 Month Contract, with the expectation to extend long term.

Responsibilities and Planning:

  • Management / instruction of various external contractors in the area of facility management
  • Project management experience is essential
  • Availability on weekends in the event of a crisis
  • First point of contact for landlords / property management / service providers
  • Independently plan office, laboratory and clean room conversion projects together with external partners / planners and implement them in coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Carrying out regular daily meetings with all external partners and documenting them
  • Construction supervision of projects together with external planning companies
  • A high level of general understanding of all specific trades is necessary, such as electrical, IT, air conditioning, etc.
  • Technical contact with construction expertise in the area of modernization, expansion, and renovation measures
  • Interface between internal stakeholders/users and external companies (specialist planners, service providers)
  • Regular inspection and review of the buildings and ensuring optimal management.
