Established construction company with a growing presence in South Australia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of apartment and multi-residential projects. With a solid pipeline of secured work across metro Adelaide, this is a long-term opportunity with a builder known for quality, structure & professionalism.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing mid-rise apartment projects from initial groundworks and structure through to final handover. You'll work closely with a strong delivery team to drive progress on-site, maintain high safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activity from basement and structure through to completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company OH&S systems and relevant legislation
• Monitor and maintain project timelines and milestones
• Maintain daily site records, reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and consultants
• Lead site meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders

What We\'re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment or multi-residential builds
• Strong structural understanding - concrete, steel, and framing systems
• Certificate or Diploma in Building & Construction
• Demonstrated success delivering projects in the $10M-$40M range
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, safety, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
