Red Bull is seeking an IT Operations Manager for our Ludesch production site. You will lead the IT service availability, lifecycle management, and security across local infrastructure, coordinating with global teams and external partners.

You will drive IT operations, project delivery, and optimization using AI and automation to improve performance and user experience. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in information technology, computer science or substantial work experience in site IT management.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience applying ITSM frameworks (incident, problem, change, asset management).
• Experience managing IT operations and services in a production environment.
• Ability to align IT services with business needs and ensure availability and stability.

Aufgaben

• IT SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT: manage IT infrastructure lifecycle, local network, server infra, workplace services, and security with KPI/SLA governance.
• IT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: act as primary liaison between business operations, IT service owners, partners, and area/global teams; identify AI optimization opportunities.
• IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT: plan and execute IT projects per Red Bull methodology, maintain production-relevant IT infrastructure, ensure compliance with standards.
• EXTERNAL IT PARTNER & SERVICE MANAGEMENT: coordinate external partners, service sourcing, hosting, and housing per standards.
• IT SERVICE IMPROVEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION: implement process improvements and leverage AI/tools to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• AI & AUTOMATION ENABLEMENT: evaluate and apply AI-powered tools to improve service delivery and user experience.
