Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sicherheitsfachmann.

Job description

We are seeking to strengthen our team with 1 Security Specialist (m/w/d) full-time, located in Kärnten/Klagenfurt.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central contact person and advise management and staff in Kärnten and Tirol on occupational safety and accident prevention.
• Conduct regular inspections and safety checks at our facilities.
• Analyze and evaluate hazards and derive measures to minimize risks.
• Assist in creating and updating safety and health protection documents.
• Train and sensitize employees on safety-related topics.
• Investigate workplace accidents and develop prevention measures.
• Collaborate with occupational health services and authorities.
• Digitize safety processes using HSE software.
• Support compliance with legal requirements (ASchG, AM-VO, VEXAT, etc.).

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Safety Specialist according to § 74 ASchG and SFK-VO.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Austrian occupational safety laws.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness across hierarchy levels.
• High level of discretion, accuracy, and assertiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office.
