Job Responsibilities

• Carrying out on-site inspections, maintenance and repairs of our robotic systems installed worldwide
• Analytical troubleshooting, problem solving and repair to ensure smooth machine operation
• Modernizations, system upgrades/retrofits
• Generating sales opportunities based on technical findings to support our strong growth path
• Training of customer personnel to utilize our equipment in the most efficient way
• Perform general and preventative maintenance.
• Proper assignment documentation and reporting
  
  

Job Requirements

• Technical degree in either mechatronics, automation, electrical or mechanical engineering
• Good communication skills and strong service mindset when dealing with customers
• High flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 90%, also at short notice / weekends)
