We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Service Support Coordinator, to lead our Fire and Mechanical Services team in QLD.

The role will be working alongside and reporting directly to the State Manager with a strong customer service focus. You will play a key role in the coordination of the daily operations of the business. This position offers the opportunity to work independently and drive the administrative function of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocating work and scheduling technicians (start to finish)
  • Setting up customer contracts in company system
  • Daily invoicing and regular financial reporting
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, customers, and technicians
  • Managing and monitoring customer inbox
  • Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
  • Follow up on any outstanding work and invoices

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years' administrative experience, ideally in services based roles.
  • Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and technicians in a clear and confident manner
  • Strong organisational, problem solving, communications skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and pick up other software programs quickly
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft excel skills
  • Prior experience in, or exposure to Fire Protection or Mechanical (HVAC/Airconditioning) industry is highly advantageous
  • Prior experience in Pronto or SAP will be highly regarded
  • Prior experience in maintenance scheduling will also be highly regarded
  • This role would suit someone who has previously worked in senior administrative/team leader roles and has the ability to work independently and apply problem solving skills.
