Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As a Service Sales & Service Product Manager (m/f/d), you will shape the future of our service business. You will develop a global sales strategy and innovate within the service portfolio. In this role, you combine strategic thinking with effective execution skills and lead your team with vision and purpose.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the service product management team and manage and optimize the portfolio of service products across all regions and markets, ensuring alignment with customer needs, company objectives and market demand.
  • Drive the end-to-end development and industrialization of new service products, from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless integration into the existing portfolio for efficient sales, delivery, and global deployment.
  • Drive growth of the top line and profitability of service products globally by actively identifying, capitalizing on market opportunities, and continuously striving for excellence. Create, plan, and implement service sales strategy.
  • Define key targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and ensure those are achieved for the offerings and segments. Ensure detailed business/sales plans are in place with regular follow-up.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of service strategy related to the global service offers, including market trends, business opportunities, and key priorities for segments and product groups (PGs). Interpret the global industry segment strategy to meet global/region requirements and implement specific action plans.

You are an experienced leader with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in strategic business development. Your ability to lead innovation and inspire teams ensures the expansion of our global service market.

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or service management.
  • Proven track record in developing, rolling out, and globally scaling service products.
  • Experience in global portfolio management, including Installed Base (IB) data analysis.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with hands-on experience in change management.
  • Customer-focused mindset combined with solid technical know-how and service expertise.
  • Familiarity with compliance, OHS, data management tools, and sales/marketing practices
