About the Role
QTK Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service technician team based at our Brisbane head office. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and foster a strong service culture in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical or auto-electrical knowledge. Experience managing workshop or field service teams is essential. Transport refrigeration experience is a bonus—but not required.
