We are currently seeking a Senior Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our team at our Cleveland office.

The specific responsibilities for the role include:

• Meet and liaise with clients
• Managing your own Wills & Estate files
• Preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney & other succession planning documents
• Prepare applications for Probate and Letters of Administration
• Estate litigation – including family provision applications and will challenges

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current QLS practicing certificate with a minimum of 3 years PAE in Wills & Estates
• Experience in Estate planning and/or estate litigation
• Excellent attention to detail
