Scrambly is seeking a Video Editor to own the edit stage of a high-volume creative production. You’ll polish dozens of concepts weekly across TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads, turning AI-generated, real footage, and app-screen recordings into compelling final videos.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional editing experience, a strong storytelling foundation, and proficiency with FCP/DaVinci/Premiere plus After Effects.

• Strong storytelling and film-structure fundamentals; dramaturgy, pacing, camera language knowledge.
• 3+ years of professional video editing with a diverse portfolio across formats and genres.
• Hands-on with AI video platforms; ability to apply tools to real workflow.
• Proficiency in professional editing software (FCP, DaVinci, Premiere) and motion graphics concepts.

Aufgaben

• Edit video content across formats and genres with clear narrative structure: hook, escalation, payoff.
• Apply professional editing standards: shot selection, rhythm, sound-driven editing, color grading to shape emotion.
• Iterate on winning creatives using performance data; trim, reskin, test new hooks.
• AI-native production: generate and assemble AI footage into coherent final renders; fix continuity and elevate quality.
• Deliver per-platform final specs for TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, Google Ads.
