You will own the entire production stack, from prompting and generation to editing, compositing, and delivery, thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where creativity and technology converge.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio showing AI-driven video work (cinematic or shorts).
• 3–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art with AI emphasis.
• Hands-on with AI video tools and models; proficiency in traditional editing tools.

• Conceptualize scripts and produce long-form and short-form AI videos.
• Own end-to-end production workflows from ideation to final delivery.
• Maintain character consistency, style, and scene coherence across sequences.
• Experiment with new AI models and share learnings with the team.
