nyra health GmbH is seeking a senior UI designer to establish the visual standard across myReha and nyra insights. You’ll build and evolve a cross‑platform component system, collaborating with product design, branding, frontend engineers and founders in Vienna.

You’ll shape accessibility, design-to-code parity and AI-enabled workflows, delivering pixel-perfect interfaces and maintainable guidelines for a growing design system. This is the founding design hire for the company’s design system work.

Qualifikationen

• Pixel-level polish with typography, spacing and color.
• Strong Figma skills across components and libraries.
• Experience in design systems with tokens and library governance.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure ship-ready implementation.
• 5+ years shipping digital products across mobile/web.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solver with a solutions mindset.
• AI in design practice and daily tooling experience.

Aufgaben

• UI craft: own the visual quality of myReha and nyra insights across screens and states.
• Design system: evolve our component library and tokens for iOS, Android and web.
• AI-ready infrastructure: structure components and tokens for AI-generated tooling.
• Design-to-code parity: partner with frontend engineers to ensure delivery.
• Accessibility: WCAG AA built into every component from day one.
• Documentation: write usage guidelines and development-friendly patterns.
