Appsierra Group in Austria seeks an experienced Senior Tester to lead validation of enterprise applications and drive automation.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, design and execute regression test plans, and ensure data integrity and security across HOPEX, Archibus, Nimbus and similar platforms.

This role requires 7+ years of proven experience and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years proven experience in enterprise application support and test management across browser-based platforms such as HOPEX, Archibus, Nimbus, and similar solutions.
• Experience defining and implementing testing strategies, including automation, in line with process standards and regulations.
• Plan, design, coordinate, execute and report test cases and plans with emphasis on regression testing for system upgrades.
• Manage end-to-end testing using appropriate tools and automation techniques; validate results against functional and non-functional requirements (data integrity and security).
• Ensure deployment, performance and upgrade risks are understood and documented; manage stakeholders and pursue test efficiency improvements.
• Deep knowledge of the enterprise application portfolio in Transversal Solutions Unit; experience with HOPEX, Archibus, Nimbus; expertise in automation tooling (e.g., Leapwork, Cucumber).
• Excellent English communication, strong analytical mindset, ability to work in complex systems, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven Experience (minimum 7 years) in:

    • Enterprise application support and management, including significant exposure to browser-based platforms such as HOPEX, Archibus, Nimbus, and other comparable solutions

    • Defining and implementing testing strategies, including automation, in compliance with process standards and industry regulations

    • Planning, designing, coordinating, executing and reporting test cases and test plans (system and/or acceptance testing), with focus on regression testing for system upgrades

    • Managing end-to-end testing processes using appropriate testing tools and automation techniques

    • Validating testing results against functional and non-functional requirements (including data integrity and security requirements)

    • Ensuring that risks associated with system deployment, performance, and upgrades are adequately understood and documented

    • Managing stakeholders and identifying continuous improvement opportunities, particularly to reduce manual testing effort for business users

  • Deep Knowledge of:

    • Functional knowledge of the enterprise application portfolio managed by the Transversal Solutions Unit, with particular experience in browser-based systems such as HOPEX, Archibus, Nimbus, and other similar platforms

    • Strong expertise in testing automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Leapwork, Cucumber, or equivalent) including design and maintenance of automated test cases

    • Proven experience in DevOps tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira) and integration of testing activities within delivery pipelines

    • Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, including regression and automated testing approaches

  • Competence and Skills to be demonstrated:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, including interaction with technical and business stakeholders

    • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work in complex system environments

    • Ability to work in a structured manner, respect deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables
