Qualifikationen

We are looking for a passionate, analytical tester automation engineer to assess software quality using the Robot framework, ensuring the delivery of working software to our customers/users. You will be responsible for supporting the development teams to ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly. You will be responsible for supporting the development teams to ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly. Responsibilities:

• You will work as a senior automation test engineer as part of our agile E2E test team
• Creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts using the Robot Framework
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Designing, setting up and managing automated regression test sets
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
• Supporting the Product Owner in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of testing standards
• Mentor junior test engineers and provide guidance on best practices
  
  

Qualification:

• Proven experience as a QA tester or in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience in test automation with the Robot framework at least 3 years
• Strong knowledge of Python and Selenium
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Strong analytical mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) preferred
• Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, XRay) is an advantage
• Experience and knowledge of other test automation tools/scripts/frameworks (Tosca) and Oracle SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English skills, having German is an advantage

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 47.792,92 (38,5 hours/week).
