Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in product management, engineering, or development, ideally in reciprocating compressor industry.
• Experience in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Customer-first mindset with solution-oriented approach.
• Global project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management, with English fluent; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the technical product owner and expert for the Rings & Packing portfolio.
• Lead innovation and technology cooperation projects from concept to industrialization and pilot installations.
• Define and maintain product standards and documentation including specifications, manuals, and design guidelines.
• Manage product certifications and compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor product performance and reliability, identify improvement opportunities and drive lifecycle enhancements.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analyses for complex product/app challenges.
• Support and enable global organizations through technical expertise, training, knowledge management and digital tools.
