MERKUR Excellence in Raaba-Grambach is seeking a Senior Technical Artist to own the visual and technical quality of our games. You will design, implement, and optimize complex graphical systems, ensuring high fidelity and performance across projects.

You will translate creative concepts into robust technical solutions, contribute to Unity-based architecture, and mentor teammates while documenting workflows and best practices. English fluency required; German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience as a Technical Artist in gaming or real-time 3D.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, and Spine and Unity shader development and scripting.
• Strong understanding of real-time rendering, optimization techniques, and game performance constraints.
• Creative mindset with technical ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Very good English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.

• Own the visual and technical quality of our games across projects.
• Design, implement, and optimize graphical systems and assets with focus on performance.
