You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and narrative teams, create simulation tools, and define KPIs for engagement and retention, using live data to iterate toward a deep, fair, and endlessly replayable experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years shipping titles in systems or economy design.
• Experience with interlocking resource, tech and production systems.
• Ability to model, simulate and visualize system behavior before production.
