Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in game mathematics, probability modelling, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of probability theory, combinatorics, statistics, RTP, hit frequency and variance for RNG games.
• Ability to develop, validate and document mathematical models with limited supervision.
• Commercial experience with Java-based applications in production.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL and statistical tools for simulations and modelling.

• Design and develop mathematical models for casino games including slots and RNG-based experiences.
• Create, test and document probability models, payout structures, and RTP configurations.
• Translate game concepts into mathematically sound mechanics balancing engagement and regulations.
• Run simulations, analyze outcomes and validate performance against distributions and hit frequency.
• Prepare mathematical specifications and documentation for Engineering, QA, Compliance and Certification partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure correct implementation of game math logic.
• Analyze post-launch data and recommend improvements to balancing and monetization.
• Identify opportunities for new mechanics and scalable game templates.
