Sportradar AG in Vienna seeks a Game Mathematician to design, validate and optimize mathematical models for casino games within Playradar. You will develop probability models, simulation tooling and RTP configurations, balancing engagement with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Product, Game Design, Engineering, QA and Compliance, run game simulations, document specifications, and contribute to a fast-growing portfolio of casino titles.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in game mathematics or a comparable analytical role in iGaming or digital entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of probability theory, statistics, variance and RTP modelling for RNG-based games.
• Ability to document and validate mathematical models with limited supervision.
• Experience using Python, R, SQL, Excel/VBA or MATLAB for simulations.
• Familiarity with casino game mechanics (slots, table games, crash, plinko, etc.).
• Excellent analytical judgement; able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset; able to work across Product, Game Design, Engineering, QA and Compliance.

• Design and validate mathematical models for casino games and RNG-based experiences.
• Run simulations to test probability distributions, hit frequency and RTP configurations.
