Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Vienna is looking for a high-potential professional to join our Operations Practice, focusing on supply chain management. You will work on problem solving for clients, form hypotheses, conduct analyses, and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop innovative supply chain solutions and gain new skills through exceptional coaching and mentoring from senior leaders across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and exceptional academics required.
• Broad experience in supply chain management (design/implementation of logistics strategy, network design and optimization, transportation, warehouse design/optimization, planning and management processes, modeling).
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities.
• Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on European assignments during the work week.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities
