The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong focus on fullstack/frontend development as well as AI (LLM) based functionality. This role is based in Vienna and involves close collaboration with Product Management, Head of Design, other engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative features, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI capabilities to enhance our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Fullstack Development & AI Integration: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable fullstack applications with a focus on frontend engineering and AI-driven features, specifically LLMs.

• Frontend Expertise: Utilize strong experience with React and Typescript to build and maintain high-quality user interfaces and mobile applications.

• Product Focus: Actively drive strategic and operational product decisions through technical expertise and involvement in roadmap planning.

• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to implement intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring seamless integration of AI functionalities.

• AI Implementation: Integrate and optimize LLMs into our applications, contributing to the development of AI-powered features that enhance user experience and platform capabilities.

• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and aligning on technical decisions.

• Product & Technology Roadmaps: Actively participate in product and technology roadmap discussions, providing technical insights and influencing strategic decisions.

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid experience with AI implementation, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs).

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on fullstack development.

• Extensive experience with our frontend tech stack, including React and Typescript.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working with design teams.

• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with our backend tech stack, including AWS, Java, and SQL.

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or behavior-change products.

• Background working with distributed or remote teams across time zones.

• Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience.
