  • Greeting and assisting customers in the service department.
  • Advising customers on vehicle repairs and servicing.
  • Following warranty policies effectively.
  • Scheduling service appointments.
  • Achieving individual and team targets.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Preparing for upcoming appointments.
  • Booking services via email, phone, or in person.
  • Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets.
  • Invoicing customers promptly.
  • Addressing customer concerns efficiently.
